You’ve spent weeks or maybe months taking in the knowledge, revising it for what feels like forever, maybe you’ve also been able to feel the anxiety rising as exam day approaches, it plays on your mind, feelings of butterflies in your stomach, clammy palms, heart racing  and the fear that your natural abilities will let you down.



This fear does not come from our natural fight or flight reaction, there is nothing dangerous about an exam, it can’t hurt you in any way, and so we have to accept that any  stress or anxiety we feel comes from inside ourselves.



By using a therapeutic approach that is right for my client, I can reduce the stresses and anxieties experienced by my client, allowing them to sit their exams calm and relaxed.
